Ordering

We endeavour to make the ordering process as simple as possible for you. To order a product, you must first click on the item you are interested in purchasing and a page with information detailing the specifications of the product will be displayed, along with price details. Click the 'Add To Basket' button to add the product to your shopping basket.

Much like shopping in a regular store, your shopping basket allows you to safely keep your items held waiting for you while you continue browsing for other products to add. Whenever you add an order to your basket you will see the item added in the top right corner of the screen. When you click 'View My Basket', you will be shown a listing of the products you have chosen and a total price before any shipping costs have been added. You may also change the quantity of any item if you require more than one of anything in particular. You can access your shopping basket at any time by clicking on the 'View My Basket' button, available in the 'Shopping Basket' box on the right-hand side of the website.

When you have finished adding all of the items you wish to buy to your shopping basket, you may click on the 'Secure Checkout' button to begin the submission of your order. You will be greeted with a page requiring your email address, contact and billing and delivery address details. Please ensure that you verify the information you supply in the relevant fields, and always check that the details you are submitting are correct. You may specify a delivery address if it is different to the billing address. Click on continue to move on to the next stage, the 'Payment And Shipping Method' page.

The 'Payment And Shipping Method' page will allow you to specify both your chosen method of payment and the delivery service that will be used to deliver the product to you. You may select either a 'Credit/Debit Card' method or 'PayPal' method. When you have selected the details applicable to you, you are ready to move on to the 'Payment Details' page. It is here that you can enter details such as credit card information. A total amount including shipping will be shown, as well as a breakdown of the products you have ordered.

If you are absolutely sure that your order is correct and you have entered all your payment details correctly (if ordering with a credit card), click on 'Continue' to finish and submit your order to us. A final breakdown of products with a total cost including shipping will be displayed, and a confirmation email will be sent to you at the email address you specified when placing the order.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To start a return, you can contact me at 957788351@qq.com . If your return is accepted, I’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted. I do NOT offer free returns
All orders will be processed within 2 working days, this does not include the day of purchase.

Shipping Rates
There are still some delays on parcels due to knock on effects with the virus. Please keep this in mind when ordering.

On average orders take 7-14 days to arrive once shipped, however it isn't uncommon for them to take a little longer, especially in the current situation, so please do not worry if there is a delay! 

All items are shipped in boxes and packed very well so that your crystals are safe travelling across the country and world! where possible recycled padding is used. If by chance the shipping works out cheaper once I create your postage label, any over charge for postage will be refunded.
If you place multiple orders in a week or during one of my planned stock updates, I will always try to combine where possible and refund any extra.

I ship worldwide, if at checkout it says shipping is not available for your country, please pop me a message on the contact button, or on social media, and I will be able to set up your country on the system if needed!

Please note where shipping is calculated by weight, this is based on the estimated packaged weight, not the item alone. For some items of a higher value the non tracked option of shipping will not be available even if the weight falls into the category, this is due to insurance purposes 

PLEASE NOTE
Any orders you believe to have been delivered incorrectly but are showing as delivered to your address on the tracking, unfortunately cannot be reimbursed or replaced, I will try to help as much as possible, but unfortunately as the tracking is showing as delivered to your address, it makes it very difficult for me to help. Please make sure to check with neighbours and around your property, if you still cannot find your parcel, please dispute this with your local postal service/depot, who will be able to locally investigate this further for you.

please note- if a parcel is returned to me, and it shows as refused for any reason including refusing to pay customs fees, your original postage will not be refunded. this also applies if you did not collect your items in time, to have it reshipped will mean the postage will need to be paid again.
